We now allow self-pick up rental options for our marquee numbers only. Unfortunately, this option is not available for marquee letters.
Depending on the time of year, we are able to offer our services outside of the Vancouver Lower Mainland. However, additional travel fees will apply.
Cancellations are accepted 14 days before the event date for a refund of the balance minus the retainer fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will only receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days before the reservation will not receive any refund.

For the MARRY ME signs, it will depend on how spaced out the letters are but they will need at least the following space:
2ft – 14ft wide
4ft – 28ft wide
5ft – 35ft wide
Yes, we can switch the light bulbs to colour-changing bulbs only on our 2ft and 4ft marquee letters at an additional cost.
Unfortunately, we only have white marquee letters that have colour-changing light bulbs.
Yes, you can set up our marquee letters outside in a covered or uncovered area, near a power source. If it starts to rain, you must unplug the letters to prevent damage to them.
The marquee letters require power to turn on. If there is no power near by, the client is responsible for providing power.
We do not sell any marquee letters or any of our rental items. Also, we do not disclose any information on where to purchase them.
Do you want to pick it up yourself?
If you have transportation for the Marquee Letters, you can pick it up yourself. This is a good value option if your transportation has space for it.
